STS (former Sinosteel International Travel Service) used to be a central international travel agency directly under SASAC and invested by Sinosteel Group, which was founded in 1996 with a registered capital of 30 million RMB.
In May, 2006, Sinosteel Int'l Travel Service, through the national property transaction, was acquired by Metallurgical Council of CCPIT.
In Sept., 2009, STS was renamed as STS Co., Ltd.
