Hotel Accommodation
A number of rooms has been secured for delegates' accommodation in the hotel (Accommodation is not included in the registration fee), Guangzhou, P. R. China at a preferential rate. Registered delegates should fill out the Hotel Booking Form (available upon request from MC-CCPIT) together with the Congress Participation Registration Form, and return it to the Organization Office for reservation purpose.
Issue of Entry Visa Application
Visas are the responsibility of individual delegates. If you require a letter of entry invitation, please contact the Forum Organization Office with your personal data such as your nationality, your position, date of birth, passport number, etc..

Payment Policies

1. The Beijing Gold Bright Tech & Trade Ltd. is affiliated to Metallurgical Council - CCPIT, and takes care of all the conference/exhibition incomes and expenditures of MC-CCPIT.
2. Please indicate your company name and the Forum title on the remittance advice when arranging bank transfer.
3. Bank charges are to be deducted from the participating organization's own accounts.
4. Registrations submitted without a form of payment will not be confirmed and discounted fee is only valid within each offer period.

Cancellations & Substitutions

Registration cancellations received prior to January 15, 2005 will not qualify a full refund, less a 20% service charge. No refunds or letters of credit are available after this date.
