 Registration
Form
| The
delegates are asked to fill in and send the Registration
Form together with the Proof of Payment to the conference
organization office. A delegate registration fee
is US$1300 before FEBRUARY 19, 2008 or US$1500 afterwards.
The fee is inclusive of documentation, translation,
conference venues, refreshments, lunches and dinners,
etc. It does not include the cost of accommodation.
Registration
can only be confirmed upon the receipt of payment
or proof of payment. The deadline for advance
registration will be MARCH 15, 2008. After this
date, registration can only be made by cash on
the conference site. An additional US$50 will
be charged for on-site registration even though
the registration form has been received beforehand.
Cancellation
received in writing before MARCH 8 will be refunded
less US$200 administration fee. Thereafter, cancellations
are not refundable although delegate substitution
could be accepted.
