fee includes attendance at all sessions,Congress
site-renting, simultaneous interpretation, refreshments,
lunches and Congress proceedings, etc.
- Registrations
can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment
or proof of payment, and discounted fees only
apply when payment is received within the offer
period.
- A
20% discount of the registration fee will be
offered for the third delegate and on from the
same company & billing address.
- Cancellations
received 4 weeks prior to the event will qualify
a refund, less 20% handling charge. No refunds
will be given after that date although substitutions
will be accepted.

2.Please
submit your proposed exchange title and abstract ASAP,and
hand in an email version of presentation no later than
the end of March 2003.
3. The workshop charging standard for overseas
companies will be US$ 600/per 40 minutes (including
consecutive translation time and Q & A session)
for each presentation topic registered with us. This
fee includes Workshop site-renting, on-site consecutive
interpretation, refreshments, lunches etc. Registrations
can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof
of payment. We advise that the presenting time (excluding
the translation and Q & A time) for each topic be
controlled within 20 minutes.
