Note:
1. Due to limited number of application slots
for technical workshops, please submit your proposed exchange title together with
an abstract at an early stage. An email version of your complete presentation
together with translation should be emailed to the Congress Organization Office
by August 31.
2. The workshop charging standard for overseas companies is
US$ 600/per 40 minutes (including consecutive translation time and Q & A session)
for each presentation topic registered with us. We advise that the presenting
time (excluding the translation and Q & A time) for each topic be controlled
within 20 minutes.
3. There will be no congress proceedings for technical
workshops, and speakers are advised to kindly prepare sufficient copies of their
presentations for on-site distribution. For better communication effect, although
Congress Organization Office will arrange consecutive interpretation services,
speakers are encouraged to bring their own interpreters with them. |
